The 2012 spring season was one for the records across the country and not in a good way but we only experienced two zero days and we also harvested quite a few birds, with the total absence of a real winter and no snow line to the north. NW Missouri held large numbers of snow geese from the 10th of February until the 8th of March. This past season we saw more high wind advisories in NW Missouri than ever before and no separation between leading edge snow geese and the rest of the mid centennial flock, proving once again that these are the toughest birds to decoy.

Snow geese are the toughest and wariest of all waterfowl to decoy but also the most rewarding to decoy. Our guided snow goose hunting fields are setup for a minimum of six hunters per field, but we can accommodate larger groups of up to ten hunters upon request. In addition, singles and doubles are welcome but will be added to a mixed hunting party and of course, your well-behaved dog is welcome but only with a full party of 6 hunters. Hunters not wishing to hunt with larger groups will not be hunting from pits in NW Missouri where we have 50ft smackdown pit. Hunting parties of less than 6 wishing to hunt by themselves must pay full field price fee.
